Yes, I/You/We Can Do Something About This Colossal World Mess

It’s fairly simple, but perhaps, the hardest thing you will ever do.  It is quite radical and goes against everything the world is showing us.  But, it’s worth a shot, especially right now.

The only thing we have not tried, consistently and collectively, is Love.  That Love being the unconditional love that appears to be so fleeting.

I have heard/read that 90% of our thoughts are unconscious, and that is what rules our lives.  Not sure of the stats or percentage, but that’s OK.  It’s definitely worth the experiment.

I began looking at this several years ago because of ongoing depression.  I did not want to be enlightened, I just wanted to be happy.  And, holy shit, the stuff that I uncovered, and it was ugly, made me realize just what was running my life.  My unconscious thoughts.  And we are very very resistant to take a look at this.

I now see it is deeply buried in all of us.  No shame, although I did experience a lot, it’s just there.

We have no idea what is triggering us all day long, but let’s start here.  We have at our disposal one of the greatest tools ever:  the internet. And Facebook is right up there with it.

The downside is all that information.  What appears true? What does not?  It is all your perception of what you are reading.  Maybe the next time you scroll through Facebook, just pay attention to how certain posts are affecting your thoughts.

There is a lot going on right now.  All the shootings, terrorism, gun control, immigrants, presidential debates, etc.  And we are unconsciously getting caught up in all of it.  There are also some people, and small groups, that are determined to post only good things.  Pay attention to them and see how you feel, because they know how this works.

We can take sides with certain ideologies, or not.  We all have opinions and we all think we are right.  Again, pay attention to how this makes you feel.  (This takes some practice) You know the expression: do you want to be happy or do you want to be right?  Once you start investigating, you will begin to realize that even though you think you want to be happy, dammit, you really want to be right.  I know, I’ve walked through this.  Sheesh, I had no idea how ‘right’ I was, heh heh.

We are all projecting our own unconscious thoughts out onto the world.  And then we can point our finger “out there” and justify it.  See?  I am right.

So, let’s begin to change our minds.  Our minds.  DO NOT WORRY ABOUT ANYONE ELSE! It has to begin with us, as I have discovered.  Every single person that changes their mind will lead us to whole world peace, in this lifetime.

And there is a way to do it.   It is as follows:

Begin to actively pay attention to how you are feeling, every single moment.  When a thought arises that disturbs you, write this down, or say it to yourself:

Intuition/Higher Self/Universe/God/Jesus/Holy Spirit/Bob (whatever you are most comfortable with):

Please help me to forgive myself for UNCONSCIOUSLY using ________________________ (name of person, organization, religion, immigrant, etc.) to attack myself and separate from your Love as my Higher Self.

This brings you into the very elusive ‘now moment’.  The one where everything can miraculously change, but where we spend very little time.

It’s that simple, and all you have to do.  It may feel kind of awkward at first, and it will seem that nothing is happening for quite awhile.

But, let’s have a whack at it.  Turn it into a 30-day experiment and see what happens with your thought system.  I guarantee that at the end of the 30 days, you will be looking at the world quite differently.  You will be so encouraged, that you will keep at it as you will be experiencing a much more peaceful life.  And all you did was change your mind.

When you change your mind, the world does indeed change, and it starts with us.

I was fortunate to have Kay Hamill do a dream interpretation for me. have never met nor spoken to Kay, but via email she was able to interpret my dream and I realized she was right on the mark. It reflected to me what was going on in my life at the time, something I could not figure out for myself. I highly recommend both a tarot reading and dream interpretation.

When you are talking to Sparkle, miracles happen. Her erudite and profound way of getting to the bottom of what it is we are believing is second to none. I've watched as Sparkle listens to someone and finds a way of getting exactly to where that person needs to see from, just by being her wonderful and intuitive self. Her name fits her perfectly, this sparkling ray of light has blessed so many with her humorous musings, which hide profound trusts, all wrapped up in a giggle or three. Sparkle is simply love on legs. Time spent in the company of this gorgeous soul can only bring more joy into anyone's life.

The thing that differentiates you (Sally) from others, is that you do not go out to people with an agenda, but with unconditional love. I still cannot describe the state I was in when you visited Switzerland. I felt as if I were in a state of flow and blissful happiness. I want to learn from you how one can live like this every day.
