An Exercise In Healing Judgment

My Spirit Guides often work on me energetically. We all have Guides that work on us during the night, I just happen to usually be awake when they arrive. Last night, some new Guides showed up to help. I was a little embarrassed as my bedroom is messy due to tearing up the carpet. There are nice hardwood floors underneath so I am in the process of tearing up the carpet, but it is hard work so I am doing it in phases.

All of my things are piled up in one corner because of this, so when they showed up, I apologized for the mess. They looked at me with confusion, then sent what they were feeling and thinking into my head. The best way that I can describe it is to compare the way they think to how a dog or cat thinks.

Animals are emotionally intelligent and it does not occur to a dog to judge what you look like or how messy your room is. Spirit does not think like we do. A human thinks “your room is messy, why wouldn’t I judge you?” Spirit thinks “Why would I judge you for anything, period? Your room is your room, it is beautiful either way”.

This did not surprise me,as they are pure love and it is was refreshing to hear this. So I asked how a human could replicate this type of thinking. I still get “judgey” thoughts sometimes and I am extremely harsh with myself when I get them. I think, “you are better than that, Leni”.

Normally what I do is to see the thought as an innocent little bird. I tell the thought bird that it is beautiful and give it love. The Guides told me a new way to do this: allow the thought in, but do not react to it at all. You do not have to tell the  “judgey” thought “no”. That works really well for non-reaction, but this exercise is for those little “judgey” thoughts that we have, and then feel guilty for.

You do not acknowledge the thought. The Guides said to imagine the thought as a rock on the side of the road, it is just there. It exists but you do not react to it at all. The rock does not think that it is mean, it does not think that it should be better than it is, it is simply there.

The Guides say that with enough practice, the “judgey” thoughts go away completely.

To do this:

Every time that you have a “judgey” thought, you allow the thought to be there but you do not react to it at all. Like it is a rock on the side of the road of your thoughts. You allow the thought, you do not scold yourself for having the thought or try to correct it in any way.

I was fortunate to have Kay Hamill do a dream interpretation for me. have never met nor spoken to Kay, but via email she was able to interpret my dream and I realized she was right on the mark. It reflected to me what was going on in my life at the time, something I could not figure out for myself. I highly recommend both a tarot reading and dream interpretation.

When you are talking to Sparkle, miracles happen. Her erudite and profound way of getting to the bottom of what it is we are believing is second to none. I've watched as Sparkle listens to someone and finds a way of getting exactly to where that person needs to see from, just by being her wonderful and intuitive self. Her name fits her perfectly, this sparkling ray of light has blessed so many with her humorous musings, which hide profound trusts, all wrapped up in a giggle or three. Sparkle is simply love on legs. Time spent in the company of this gorgeous soul can only bring more joy into anyone's life.

The thing that differentiates you (Sally) from others, is that you do not go out to people with an agenda, but with unconditional love. I still cannot describe the state I was in when you visited Switzerland. I felt as if I were in a state of flow and blissful happiness. I want to learn from you how one can live like this every day.
